River Lodge Exterior Work and Progress

The River Lodge is a 10,000 square foot community center in the heart of Blackhawk on the River. 

Future planned amenities include a fitness facility, spa treatment rooms, heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, media center and conference space, stone patio with fire pits and outdoor grilling area and a full-service concierge service.

Exterior completions include magnificent rock work and siding, roof, large windows and doors, heating and electrical systems installed, grading and some landscaping. Remaining landscaping to be completed this spring/summer using reclaimed trees, plants and rocks from the recently cleared roadways at the future Red Ridge community. (Another planned community by the developers of Blackhawk.)

Sima Muroff, Blackhawk developer, and one of the visionaries behind the 5100 acre conservation-oriented community and real estate property in McCall, Idaho says, “this is truly going to be a spectacular amenity when it’s done.
